Insolvency roundtable

We heard the concerns that many of you raised about liquidity issues in the construction industry, particularly around the impact of rapidly increasing material costs and labour costs. The Department is proposing to hold a further roundtable, bringing together this group, lenders, insurers and the NSW Government (including the Building Commissioner and the Small Business Commissioner) to discuss this issue.

We will hold the roundtable virtually on Friday 25 March 2.00-3.30pm. We will send you a placeholder invitation now, with an agenda and more details to follow. Please respond to the invitation confirming participation by your organisation and nominate an attendee.
