New Incident Animation – Owner Builder
Owner builders have an obligation to ensure workers are safe. In 2018, a worker was killed after falling through a partially unprotected void while inspecting air conditioning ducting on a residential construction site. The worker was one of several contractors engaged by the owner builder.
The animation is the result of an Order handed down by the District Court of NSW. The offender funded the animation which was produced in collaboration with SafeWork NSW.
